Your safety and wellbeing are important to us. This page provides general guidance to help you use our sauna and ice bath facilities safely and responsibly.
These guidelines are intended for information purposes only and should be read alongside our Health & Safety Waiver, which forms part of your booking.
General Health Guidance

Sauna and ice bath use involves exposure to heat, cold, and physical stress.

If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking prescription medication, you are strongly advised to seek medical advice before use.

Always listen to your body and stop immediately if you feel unwell, dizzy, nauseous, or uncomfortable.

Stay well hydrated before, during, and after your session.
Sauna Safety Guidelines

Sauna sessions should not exceed 20 minutes at a time.

First-time users are advised to limit sessions to 10 minutes.

Exit the sauna immediately if you experience discomfort, dizziness, or signs of overheating.

Follow all posted instructions, including guidance on pouring water onto hot rocks.

Enter and exit the sauna carefully and ensure the door is properly closed.

Remove jewellery before entering the sauna, as metal items may become hot.

Sit on a towel at all times for hygiene and comfort.
Ice Bath Safety Guidelines

Use of ice baths is voluntary and should be approached with caution.

Ensure you are comfortable with cold exposure and start with shorter durations.

Ice bath sessions should be kept brief and within your personal tolerance.

Surfaces may be slippery — take care when entering and exiting the tanks.

Exit the ice bath immediately if you experience numbness, tingling, dizziness, or discomfort.

Move carefully between facilities to reduce the risk of slipping.
Conduct & Personal Belongings

Alcohol, smoking, vaping, and nudity are not permitted on the premises.

Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times.

Please bring your own towel or robe. Towels may be available for purchase.

Valuables should be left at home or secured appropriately. The facility cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal items.
Age Restrictions

Facilities are available to individuals aged 16 and over.

Participants aged 16–17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Emergency & Assistance

If you feel unwell or notice someone else in distress, please inform a member of staff immediately.

In the event of a medical emergency, staff will assist and emergency services can be contacted via 999.

Please familiarise yourself with the location of exits upon arrival.
Responsibility & Courtesy

Please follow all reasonable instructions given by staff for health and safety purposes.

Be mindful of other guests by keeping noise levels low and respecting personal space.

Report any maintenance or safety concerns to staff as soon as possible.
