Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases and bookings are non-refundable.

Bookings may be changed only in accordance with the specific booking rules applicable to the selected service, pack, or membership.

​

Failure to attend a booked session (no-show) will result in the session being forfeited.

​

If a session is cancelled by Cold Barrels Ltd due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative session will be offered.

No cash refunds will be provided.

 

This policy applies to all services, packs, and memberships unless explicitly stated otherwise.
