Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All bookings are non-refundable.

• Sessions may be rescheduled up to 1 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Cancellations or changes made within 1 hours of the session are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

• Failure to attend a booked session (no-show) will result in the session being forfeited.

• Subscription sessions must be used within the active subscription period unless stated otherwise.

• If a session is cancelled by Cold Barrels Ltd due to operational or safety reasons, an alternative session will be offered.
